Employers reveal 207 ways To Ace Job Interviews on Video

"MORE than 2,500 workers a DAY are being thrown out of their jobs as the money crisis bites. 72,500 are expected to lose their jobs in the City alone.

The avalanche of redundancies is the equivalent of TEN Ford plants closing every week.

And the real job losses picture is even GLOOMIER because many companies are quietly refusing to replace staff when they leave.

Worse still, if you are OUT of work, the chances are slim of you getting back IN.

The number of vacancies in Britain has shrunk by 73 per cent in the five months to October, meaning 271,900 jobs have disappeared.

My name is Stephen Conway. Thanks for visiting the site. Sorry to start with the depressing news, but it is important that everyone knows what problems lie ahead.

If you don't make sure you are ahead of the game now, you could have real problems being out of work for a long time.
So what qualifies me to be giving you advice?

Well, I spent 15 years as a recruiter for some of the world’s leading brands including Gillette, Colgate Palmolive, Kellogg’s, Procter & Gamble, Coca Cola, Microsoft, AT & T, Cable & Wireless, Disney, and Nokia etc.

Over my 15 years in the business, I took feedback from thousands of interviews and asked the same two questions every time: What impressed you most? and What mistakes did they make?

I kept the answers in a dossier which over the years became a big file of 207 tips, and then used these tips to coach my candidates before they went to interview.

The results were outstanding. I tested this out over many years, showing the candidates who followed these tips won 87% more job offers than those who didn't.

More interestingly, those candidates who refused the tips, saying they 'knew it all' and didn't need the advice, were actually beaten to the job offer by less experienced candidates who followed the advice!

So please remember - this advice covers all levels, from a college graduate to a Managing Director.

As a result I wished that I could put this information on to DVD, and now my wish has come true.

I have interviewed top employers and recruiters on film and asked them the same question. This DVD now contains those 207 tips, but rather than me telling them to you, you get to hear it from the Expert’s mouths themselves.
