Le but
La vie d'Alex Rogo bascule un beau matin lorsqu'il découvre que l'usine qu'il dirige est menacée de fermeture en dépit de tous les efforts entrepris en matière de robotisation et de réduction des coûts.
Les ventes ont stagné, les stocks ont augmenté et les commandes sont systématiquement en retard.
Devant la dégradation de la situation financière, le vice-président de la société lui donne trois mois pour redresser la barre.
Ces bouleversements dans sa vie professionnelle iront jusqu'à affecter sa vie conjugale. Une rencontre avec son ancien professeur de physique devenu consultant, à qui il confie ses difficultés, va alors transformer ses idées sur l'organisation et les objectifs de son usine. Ce qu'il tenait pour des évidences depuis plusieurs années va s'écrouler et des indicateurs radicalement nouveaux vont s'avérer nécessaires pour restaurer la rentabilité de son usine.

Finish Strong
Hi,
September 20th is an important day as it begins the final 100 day
countdown of the year. 265 days are now gone, and the only ones
that matter now are these final 100 days.
With that in mind, I wanted to share with you a great story about
what it takes to finish the year strong.
The Tour de France is one of the toughest most grueling races in
the world.
One hundred and thirty-eight racers take 21 days to cover over 2000
miles.
In 1989 US cyclist Greg LeMond was 50 seconds behind the leader, who
just so happened to be a two-time Tour de France winner,) going into
the final leg on the final day.
It was considered an insurmountable lead to everyone. Well that is
to everyone except Greg and his team.
It would have been easy for Greg to give up, go through the motions
and settle for second place.
The time difference was considered impossible to overcome.
Instead, Greg LeMond, just like you and me, believes in the power
of a strong finish and had a plan to win.
Greg not only overcame the 50 second difference, he went on to win
that day with an 8 second lead.
While Greg danced in victory on the Champs-Elysees, his defeated
competitor who took victory for granted and kept doing what he
always did that day sat and wept.
